Danielle Magidson is a Director in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, Mining & Resources and Regulatory practice areas. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, Danielle has been involved in significant high-profile M&A transactions both locally and across the African continent. She focuses on all aspects of corporate law with specific emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, equity capital markets, cross-border transactions as well as local stock exchange requirements. Over the years Danielle has concentrated on gaining in-depth knowledge and understanding of the black economic empowerment legislative and regulatory framework across all sectors within the South African context.
