Dewald van den Berg is a Director in our Business Crimes & Investigations, Construction and Engineering and Insolvency & Business Rescue practice areas. He specialises in Civil and Commercial Litigation ranging from Business Crimes & Investigations; Construction & Engineering; Contract law (e.g. breach of contract, damages claims); Company law (e.g. fiduciary duties, removal of directors, shareholder meetings and disputes); Trust law (e.g. trustees’ fiduciary duties, beneficiaries’ rights and claims); Property law disputes and Insolvency and Business Rescue.
