Kwanele Diniso is an Associate specializing in Competition (Antitrust) Law. He advises on various aspects of competition law such as, inter alia, merger control (in South Africa and Africa), market inquiries, cartels and other prohibited practices involving both litigious and non-litigious/advisory work. Kwanele Diniso is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Johannesburg.
