Sandile July is a Director and the Head of Employment advising in Business Crimes & Investigations; and Disputes practice areas.

He specialises in labour law and litigation and the restructuring of state and/or private assets. Sandile provides expert advice in respect of various key pieces of legislation – including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act; the Labour Relations Employment Act; the Skills Development Act; the Employment Equity Act; the Unemployment Insurance Fund; the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act; and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
